Returns Policy

We want you to love your Blue Duck jewellery as much as Zig loves her treasured Blue Duck.  We therefore offer the following return policy:

Online In-Stock Jewellery:

Change your mind? No problem. We offer a change of mind policy on all stocked items purchased online.  We offer a 14 day return policy.  If your item is under $1500 you may choose to exchange your item, obtain a credit towards a new purchase or request a refund. If your item is over $1500, you may exchange your item or obtain a store credit. In order to qualify for a return, please see the policy particulars below:-      

You request a return in writing or in store within 14 days of purchase.

-       The item is unworn and its original condition.

-      The item is returned with its original packaging.

-      The item has not been engraved, adjusted, or resized.

-      Shipping charges are non-refundable.

-      Refunds must be processed using the original purchase method.

Custom & Made to Order Items: 

We value the design and crafting process. Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges on custom or made to order items.  Often, concerns can be addressed with honest communication.  If you have a concern after a purchase, please speak with us.


Warranty:  

We guarantee the quality of our craftsmanship.  In the unlikely event that a problem arises from our manufacturing processes, we will make repairs or remedies.  Please note: normal wear and tear is not covered under manufacturing warranties, nor is accidental damage.

Our policy does not replace or exclude any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law (Consumer Guarantees).
