Engagement Ring Resizing
We offer one complimentary standard resize within four (4) months of the purchase date on engagement rings purchased from us, where the design allows. Some styles or significant size changes may require additional work, which we’ll always discuss with you first. Our priority is ensuring your ring remains strong, secure, and beautiful for everyday wear.
In Stock Rings
One standard resize is complimentary within a reasonable size range, provided the ring’s design and structure allow for safe adjustment. Your complimentary resize is valid for 30 days from purchase.
When a Resize May Not Be Complimentary
Some rings require additional labour or remanufacturing to resize correctly. In these cases, we’ll always explain the options clearly before any work begins. This may apply to:
- Intricate designs or heavily diamond-set bands
- Rings with pavé, channel, or gemstone-set shoulders
- Eternity or near-eternity styles
- Significant size changes beyond standard limits
If additional costs apply, you’ll receive an honest quote and expert guidance before proceeding.
If you know your ring size, great. If not, we’re here to help. The most accurate way to size a ring is in store, but we can also measure an existing ring or help estimate a size for surprise proposals. Ring size can vary due to finger shape, ring width, and temperature, so we aim to confirm sizing whenever possible. Most rings can be resized after purchase, we’ll guide you through the best option for your design.
Can’t get to Sunshine Plaza? That’s okay. Once your purchase is complete, we can send you a free ring sizer so you can work out the right size at home, then we’ll take care of the resizing for you.
